B-Tech College Transfer 2012-13 | Those who want to transfer their B. Tech Course from MG, CUSAT, Calicut, Kannur to Kerala University, Please Avail this offer without losing year

NOTIFICATION

            Applications in plain paper with complete address and phone number are invited from regular students of Engineering Colleges within the State of Kerala who have completed 1st and 2nd Semester B.Tech Degree Course and are eligible for promotion to the Third Semester class, for transfer to the 3rd Semester in the Engineering Colleges affiliated to this University during the year 2012-13.  Transfers will be effected only between the institutions of identical category and fee structure.  The category of seat and tuition fees should be clearly specified in the application form.  Those who get transferred shall clear the I and II Semester Examination in the parent University itself.  Besides, they shall pass the additional papers/subjects as may be fixed by this University, with reference to the Scheme and Syllabus of this University.

            Application alongwith the attested copy of the Rank Certificate at the Entrance Examination 2011, attested copy of Hall ticket for the S1 & S2 B.Tech Degree Examination and in the case of SC/ST students, a Certificate to prove that he/she belongs to the SC/ST Community should reach the Registrar, University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram –   695 034 on or before 31.05.2012.

            Applications not recommended and forwarded by the Principal of the College in which the candidate is studying will not be entertained.

            Applicants are also required to download a proforma relating to the transfer, from the ‘Resources and down loads’ Link of the website www.keralauniversity.ac.in. and send it duly filled in and attested by the Principal, alongwith the request for transfer and pay-in-slip of Rs.1500/- remitted at the Kerala University cash counter (or Demand Draft of Rs.1510/- drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, University of Kerala from SBI/SBT/Dist. Co-operative Bank and payable at Service Branch, Thiruvananthapuram) as processing fee.

            Late and incomplete applications will be summarily rejected without further notice.
